The construction of the building is a classic brick masonry with 25cm thickness, the partition walls are 12cm thick, with vertical and horizontal reinforcements and reinforced concrete beams.
The building will have an energy passport after construction.
The heating in the building is solved through a common gas boiler room.
The thermal insulation of the facade walls is 12cm thick demit with a bavalite finish.
The facade joinery is made of "REHAU" PVC profile from Germany with "Euro 70"  five-chamber system in white, and with double glazing 4 + 8 + 4 E-low filled with argon gas.
The interior room doors are of high quality made in a carpentry workshop in white.
The wall coverings in the bathrooms are up to the height of the ceiling with quality ceramic tiles from the manufacturer "Keramika Kanjiža". In the kitchens, it is planned to place wall ceramic tiles in the part between the upper and lower kitchen elements. The flooring in the bathroom, kitchen and the hallway is supposed to be with ceramic tiles.
The floor coverings in the rooms are made of quality laminate flooring.
There is a classic sanitary equipment in the bathroom, mostly from domestic manufacturers: a sink with a faucet, a toilet bowl and tank, a shower with a faucet and an electric water heater.
